After her top twenty success with 'The Show', producers tried to mould Rebecca into the similar sound of other chart artists at the time.. In 1986 Rebecca released a single on the record label Spirit, called 'The Wrong Girl' produced by hitmaker Ben Findon, who had many hits with The Dooleys, Billy Ocean and The Nolans.. However Rebecca hated the record and the promotion for it.. Listening to the A side, you would hardly recognise her distinctive voice, as it was over produced..The flip side entitled, 'Swansong', is more to her natural sound..
